MEET THE LEADERS

Brian Dacey was born and raised on Cape Cod. Since graduating from Boston College, he’s spent more than 30 years in construction and development. He founded Bayside Building, Inc., in 1981 and built the team one by one. Dacey strives to maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors and clients, and often meets them to address concerns and establish a connection. Brian oversees all facets of development, financing, and construction and takes a hands-on approach to every phase of the business. “The customer is always number one with Bayside. We make sure long after a home is completed that our customers are truly satisfied and would hire us again.” Brian says.
