MEET THE LEADERS
Ken Dempsey, president of NorthShore Kitchens Plus, has more than 30 years experience in home building and remodeling, a trade he learned from his father. Six years ago, he bought NorthShore Kitchens Plus from Tom Kelly, a nationally known kitchen designer who founded the company 26 years ago. Dempsey, who is also a designer, believes attention to detail and customer service are paramount. His philosophy is to create kitchens for life, for customers for life. Dempsey also believes in giving back to the community. He is an active member of the Marblehead and North Shore Chambers of Commerce. And each year, the company hosts a tour of its north shore kitchens to benefit a local charity, including Hospice of the North Shore the past two years.
