MEET THE LEADERS

David L. Carpenter grew up wanting to be a carpenter. After graduating from Newton South High School, he got on-the-job training by working with several highly skilled carpenters. Through years of hands-on learning, he mastered every aspect of the carpentry trade. 1975, he founded the general contracting firm, David L. Carpenter, Inc. His passion became building the best possible remodeling company. He says his key to success has been his honesty and creation of a great place for employees to work. He also knows the importance of establishing trust and good communication with clients. He is a past two-term president of the Eastern Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and remains active on the board of directors.
