Local Leaders is proud to announce that we've officially launched our Building Permit Data Service. The new data service covers recent high-end building permit data in Massachusetts. Initially we'll be releasing our report quarterly and it will cover 10 of the most affluent towns in Massachusetts. In the near future we have plans to expand the service to include more towns and be released monthly. The report will focus on the high-end permits, those that are valued at $250K and up, and will include the address of the work, the project value, the date the permit was issued, a description of the project and the contractor information.
