MEET THE LEADERS
Windover was started in 2003 by Steve Dodge, who previously founded and was CEO of three successful public companies, American Cablesystems, American Radio Systems and American Tower. While building those companies, he also built and renovated several homes, moved and restored antique barns, and created unique living environments and landscapes. When he retired from American Tower, he continued to fulfill his passion for building and landscape design by founding Windover. He's an advocate of historically-based design and understated landscapes that rely on native plants. He is a graduate of Yale University.
Lee Dellicker, president of Windover Construction, has 25 years experience in design and construction. After several years working as a structural engineer, he founded a structural engineering firm in Portland, Maine, in 1993. He entered the building construction field in 1998, and has completed numerous projects, including custom homes, multi-family housing, hotels, retail, entertainment facilities, and academic and athletic facilities. He is a graduate of the University of Maine.
Aaron Sasseville, director of custom homes, graduated from the University of Denver with a dual major in real estate and construction management. He worked as a project manager and construction supervisor building custom homes in Denver before joining Windover.
