MEET THE LEADERS
Roy S. MacDowell Jr. founded the landscape company in 1969. From the beginning, he’s had a hands-on approach with every aspect of the company’s work, from client service to project management. He has continually perfected his knowledge of materials, site selection, design, and construction and has a commitment to excellence. In 1995, MacDowell founded Boulder Capital LLC, which specializes in real estate development, lending, and capital ventures. He serves on the boards of trustees of the Rivers School in Weston, Mass., and Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.
Bruce S. MacDowell has been a key member of the firm for 25 years, lending his special skills in project management and site layout. He has worked on projects varying in size and scale. And his knowledge of materials, particularly stone, has enhanced the designs of countless residential and commercial sites
